Todd Rubsamen

Todd Rubsamen has joined the Catalytic Impact Foundation Advisory Board to offer his assistance in the areas of governmental affairs and not for profit management. 

As the founder of The Rubsamen Group of Alex. Brown, Todd continues Alex. Brown’s 222 year history of advising American business owners by providing transaction-planning services for Merger and Acquisition, Recapitalization, Restructuring, Private Capital, Credit Finance, Activism and Contested Situation work done in conjunction with Raymond James’ Investment Bank.

Before embarking on a career in banking, Todd worked as a Legislative Aide to Suffolk County Legislator William C. Jones and served on the Washington legislative staff of U.S. Senator Pete V. Domenici of New Mexico.  Todd is a President Emeritus of the Columbia Business School Alumni Club of New York and was a Director of the Columbia Alumni Association (CAA).  On the CAA Todd was a founding member of Columbia’s Strategic Alumni Planning Committee, which produced Columbia’s first 5-year alumni plan.  Todd currently serves as an Officer of the Woodlake Tax District in Woodbury Connecticut.

Todd is excited to join the Catalytic Impact Foundation’s board to help the CIF deliver medical innovation, address unmet medical needs and relieve suffering worldwide.
